sunlight seeped through the curtains of your room - well technically it isn't your room, but you did just wake up in it, feeling safe and cozy. courtesy of the warm body pressed against yours. the peace of the room broken by a loud alarm that you're quick to hit snooze on.

the warm body that usually is already up and into the day by now. his blond hair resting atop his pillow and his arm wrapped firmly around your waist. its rare that you wake up and grayson is still in bed with you, let alone still asleep. you've both missed each other this past week not spending much time together, aside from when grayson slipped into bed late and you left early for work.

so seizing this moment you snuggle deeper into his hold feeling his grip tighten ever so slightly. you know you have a job to get to in and hour but you couldn't be bothered to ruin this moment. who cares if a bunch of entitled adults miss out on coffee for the first time in their life?

just as you close your eyes again you hear the loud blaring of your alarm set off. come on. your eyes open and you twist around trying to find your phone to throw it across the room. which in retrospect doesn't sound like the best idea but its the one you went with - the loud crash waking grayson up unbeknownst to you.

sighing you move to stand up knowing you should start to get ready for work but a tug on your waist is all it takes to have you sprawling back into the arms of a now awake grayson hawthorne.

"oh hello you," you giggle.

"stay," he mumbles.

"i have work in an hour gray," you inform him.

"i don't care, stay."

"i'll get fired," you laugh - ignoring the fact that about ten minutes earlier you were fully prepared to stay.

"i'll buy the damn cafe for you, just stay a while with me," gray's soft voice says as he presses a kiss to your forehead.

sighing you relent, "good morning gray."

"good morning sweetheart."

you both lie there for a moment just enjoying the peacefulness of the sunlight room, holding one another.

"these are my favorite moments of the week," grayson whispers.

"what, having me fired?" you joke.

"no, this right now, us. moments with you just lying here together are my favorite." you melt slightly at his sleepy timbre.

"me too," you sigh. "i'll tell you what, clear your schedule for tomorrow, you and i are having a date day."

that brings a smile to grayson's face - and grayson is devastatingly handsome normally, he's heart stoppingly beautiful when he smiles. joy washing over his features, almost childlike. you love that you bring it out in him, the only one who brings it out in him.

"sounds perfect," he says pressing an achingly tender kiss to your forehead. "can't wait sweetheart."

and the proof is that i'm arachnophobic and only seem to meet those goddamn creepy ass walking eight legged FUCKS in the bathroom

you know how some households have that cup by the bathroom sink that you gargle water with after you brush your teeth? yeah i found out i was arachnophobic after i reached for that cup one day and there was this MASSIVE HAIRY PIECE OF SHIT sitting in it, like it was so big its goddamn legs were sticking out like "hehehe im gonna give you a fucking heart attack >:3c" i can handle smaller ones but anyway

there i was minding my own GODDAMN BUSINESS in the shower and then i see this huge ass daddy long legs on the INSIDE OF THE SHOWER DOOR. IN THE SHOWER. WITH ME. FUCK.

i instantly hugged myself and started going like "fuck fuck fuck" and "no no no no no get out" but like not too loudly since it's 12am and i didn't wanna wake up my family

it was at like the top of the shower door so i judged it was safe enough to kick the door open so it rested against the wall, so that the spider could GET OFF MY FUCKING SHOWER DOOR AND LEAVE ME ALONE and i was muttering "get out get out get out get out" with my fucking dick shrivelled up in fear so much i felt like i was gonna be -2 inches

when it finally got off the door i was like "arigatou gozaimasu!" in the -- i don't know a better way to describe this -- gayest way possible. just fucking singing for the spider for fucking off. i'm not even japanese. just going like "konbanwa, sayonara" under my goddamn breath while i settled down and continued trying to LIVE.

and then i fucking lost him and sang "where did you come from where did you go where did you come from cotton eyed joe." does fear turn me into a theatre kid? who the fuck knows. anyway i stopped what i was doing until i spotted the fucker so i knew it was safe to continue showering. i lost sight of him two more times after that, and each time i fucking FROZE and went into EMERGENCY SPIDER SPOTTING MODE fucking staring up and down and left and right, peering out of the shower door to make sure he hadn't come back.

when i was done i got my towel, dried myself, took a moment to recover from the LIFE THREATENING ORDEAL that i just went through, walked out covering myself with the towel like i was ashamed that this fucking SPIDER had seen me naked. and i said "thank you for letting me live" after i got my clothes on and escaped. in english, that time. i don't know how to say it in japanese.

HAPPY 2018!!!

i’ve crossed yet another year on this blog. i remember when i first crossed the year, this blog was started to record down the happy things that has happened to me so that i remember to be thankful and positive even in shitty times. as time pass, it sort of became like a relationship blog LOL, just detailing the bits and pieces of our relationship which has become quite a major part of my life. 

thankfully, school doesn’t start till 22 january. although i am busy enough with my work stuff. its tiring but im still floating, still surviving. i started this year with such a bang. finally i went to my very first countdown outdoors at marina area where i can see the fireworks up close. usually i just stay at home cause its crowded and inconvenient and usually no one to go with lol. this year is the first time we counted down together. it was rainy that day tho and i don’t mean a slight drizzle that kind of rainy but a full on downpour that kind. so good thing we bought the picnic pack from klook and he downloaded the app so we had two ponchos. i can still remember the feeling when he helped me put on the poncho first. like i wish someone took a picture of that moment so i can remember it forever and see it from a third person pov LOL

so we were just sitting around, waiting for 12am in the rain. it was quite fun. we talked and played games on our phones and it was quite an interesting experience. sitting in the rain and feeling it pattering over us but not getting like really drenched. but towards the end i felt like im so thankful i am with him. can’t imagine if i am with anyone else. he knew what to do, where to go and what to expect and he was so accomodating when i wanted to like take pictures or snap the moment for the ‘gram. lol. and his phone was waterproof so like he let me use it in the rain to take pictures and stuff. when the whole thing was over the floor was like semi flooded and our shoes are just wet through.

we counted down tgt and kissed hehehe 

so when finally its time to go back it was really crowded right. but he held on to me and made sure i was safe and next to him all the while back. when in the car we just removed our shoes and like it was nice to be away from the rain with him. like its just a good feeling overall. and a wonderful start to the year. 

i remembered the warm shower i took after i came back home. it was awesome. 

since then we haven’t met till friday for a short dinner. and gosh work has been hard and tiring and it was so good to meet him on friday. but i feel bad cause his hips and legs has been bothering him and i wish there is something i can do about it. 

he drove me to the school to collect my textbook yesterday and we went to eat noodle story at amoy street food centre there. two different locations but he went out of the way just so that i don’t have to lug my heavy books home by myself. so sweet right. he’s actually pretty sweet to me since 2018. it feels really good and comforting to know that he’s got my back and i don’t have to be like careful and cautious around him.

soon it’ll be our second anniversary already. actually even though we promised not to get something i’m thinking if i can make something. hmmmmm. ideas ideas ideas.

(3/7) the twitter live started at 12am for me and I watched until around 1:30am,that’s when bts had their red carpet interview 👀But then I went to sleep bc I had school that day and bc my exams start I wanted to get Atleast 4h sleep.. The actual performance would’ve been at 4/5am for me and sorry but no.I have to wake up at 6am so I wouldn’t have gotten any sleep.. And even tho I didn’t watched the whole thing I was still SOOOO tired 😭 And I haven’t watched videos yet.. I should do that but

And I wanna be free from my friend.Im sick of her using me all the time.She’s asking me EVERYDAY for homework,book pages,barely brings her schoolbooks into the lessons bc “they’re too heavy” AND UGH IM SO SICK OF IT !!!! I actually love helping and being there for someone but this is too much for me since it’s like this for years 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

U gotta know I really suck at french so I always got bad grades ☹️ But when I talked to her on Monday… SHE SAID I HAVE A C 😌🎉🎉 And with that C I can change to the other school bc otherwise I maybe wouldn’t be able to do it AND IM JUST SO HAPPY BC REALLY IM SO BAD AT FRENCH AND NOW I HAVE A C WHICH IS THE BEST I EVER GOT AND IM AS HAPPY AS THE BALL OF SUN AKA HOBI ☺️☺️☺️💞
